August and September seemed to fly by so quickly but looking back on our photo memories we did do a fair amount of different things alongside a busy work schedule.
The summer holidays for Callum and Freddie so lots of relaxation for them both and spending time with Chris. There were days spent at the allotment, the courgettes became ready to pick and they tasted lovely. We made tomato relish and home-made tomato ketchup.
We were again very lucky with timing that Wigan had just come out of lockdown again in time for the bank holiday so we made a few days away possible to visit the family there and time outdoors exploring places in Lancashire and a nice beach day too. This also included a late celebration for Callum and his birthday.
Freddie and Chris were able to spend a day geeking out over steam trains, at North York Moors Railway engine sheds at Grosmont.
Back home and back to School life. Callum adjusted to the commute to Leeds and school working environment with the COVID restrictions well. Freddie to managed these well. A new year at school always brings new challenges for Freddie but he adjusted well with lots of support at home and school.
September brought extra training opportunities for Tracy so plenty of extra zoom meeting happening in various corners of the house at various times of day and night alongside a return of regular work meetings and things started to return to some kind of normal but we continued to stay home mostly, with Chris still on shopping duties. Keeping safe! Until next time.
Love and blessings to you from Chris, Tracy, Callum, Freddie and Mardle x x x x x
